Shipping Policy Fancy Fedora® , LLC works really hard to get our orders out within 24-48 hours of taking your orders. We hate to make you wait! Expedited shipping is also available. We use USPS as our carrier. We will fulfill same day for all our orders received prior to 12 Eastern Standard Time. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking details. Your happiness is what drives us! Additional Shipping Info: All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Our goal is prompt shipping. Shipping Rates The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Free Standard USPS Shipping On Orders over $100. Back Orders If an item goes on back order we will ship you the product when its back in stock. You will not be charged any additional shipping when it comes in. Please NOTE: Be aware that the Post Office does not guarantee their time frames on Priority mail or First Class Mail shipments. If you need the items by a certain date and are ordering last minute, please be aware of this. Refund Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL AS OF July 18, 2017 DUE TO STORE CLOSING. Old Policy: Fancy Fedora®, LLC handles all returns and exchanges with the goal of making you completely satisfied with every Fancy Fedora Band & Hat Purchase. Hat orders must be returned within 10 days of date of arrival of your product(s) in their original packaging with tags attached and in unworn condition. Credit issued will include original shipping cost only off the price of the product returned. If free standard shipping was chosen (purchase over $100) we will not credit. At this time we can only credit back original shipping cost but not the return shipping cost. Please notify us by email at contactfancy@fancyfedora.com at time of shipping back your return with the tracking number if you have it if not make sure to return within 10 days of arrival to be issued a credit. Credit is issued the same day as we receive the returned hat, however, it may take up to an additional 7 days for you to see it on your end. We reserve the right to not accept a return if it is damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is always positive. PLEASE NOTE that we destroy all hats that are returned and do not resell as it is not sanitary. NOTE: All HAT BANDS purchased separate (not sold with the hat) are final no returns or exchanges. Our hat bands are meant for our brand of hats and other branded hats that do not have trim attached. Our bands will work on covering up other sewn on trim, but know that they might slide up depending on the trim or might not cover an attached sewn on band over 2 inches.
